Our green Bubble Tip Anemones are Ultra Green with a purple or red foot. You can expect a healthy anemone that 3-6"+ when fully expanded. We suggest feeding them a little piece of meaty food once every week or two. With a bit of care they will grow quickly and even multiply for you.
When placing them in your reef tank you can expect that they might move around a bit. They usually climb up to the highest point in search of light. Once they find a spot with enough light and calm water flow they are usually better at staying in the same spot. |

Green Bubbletip Anemones, also known as Entacmaea quadricolor, are a beautiful and colorful addition to any saltwater aquarium. These anemones are characterized by their bright green coloration and distinctive "bubble" tips, which add a unique visual appeal to any reef tank.
Green Bubbletip Anemones are typically found in shallow waters of the Indo-Pacific region, including Fiji, Indonesia, and the Great Barrier Reef. They are known to form a symbiotic relationship with clownfish, which are often seen swimming around their tentacles.
In addition to their striking appearance, Green Bubbletip Anemones are valuable contributors to the health of a reef aquarium. They are photosynthetic and can absorb nutrients from both the water column and the food they capture with their tentacles. This helps maintain a healthy balance in the aquarium, as they can consume excess nutrients and reduce the growth of unwanted algae.
Bubbletips require specific water parameters, including a stable temperature, salinity, and pH level. Additionally, they require high levels of light to maintain their vibrant green coloration. They also need to be fed regularly, either with small pieces of fish or shrimp or specialized coral foods.
The Green Bubbletip Anemone is a captivating and rewarding addition to any saltwater aquarium. Its striking green coloration and unique shape make it a visually stunning addition to any reef tank, and its ability to contribute to the health of the aquarium make it a valuable addition to any ecosystem.
