How much is shipping?
The shipping rate includes all box, heat or cold packs as needed. We ship to the continental US. All orders are shipped UPS Next Day Air.

When will my order ship?
All orders are typically available to ship same day or next business day. We ship with a delivery day of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Cut-to-order frags will require 1-week to heal before being shipped. We ship A.S.A.P. and will confirm shipping date with you prior to boxing. If we have already confirmed a shipping date and you need to change it please call/email us and we will try to change it for you. You will receive a reply to confirm the change has been made.
How do you ship?
We ship all of our livestock overnight using UPS as our preferred carrier. We can ship your order via FedEx upon request.
Can I add to my existing order?
You can add to an existing order so long as it hasn't been packed yet. We usually start packing at 12pm EST daily. You can call/text to confirm this with us prior to adding to your order. If you'd like to add additional items to your existing order simply use coupon code "Add2Order" to place subsequent orders without extra shipping charges.
My shipment seems to be lost or delayed. What do I do?
Please inform us by email (thecoralfarm@halechannel.com) or text Brian: 413-210-5008 and we will help try to expedite the shipment. Lost or delayed packages WILL be covered by our "Arrive Alive Guarantee" if there are any losses to livestock.
I was not here when my package was attempted to be delivered. What can I do?
UPS/FedEx typically leaves packages at your door (no signature required). If your tracking info states that delivery was attempted but not delivered please let us know. If your package says "delivered" but you don't see it, please check with your neighbors. We always try to help as much as we can from our side to expedite delivery.
DOA Credits / Arrive Alive Guarantee:
We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. In the unlikely event that you have a D.O.A. or badly damaged item(s), we will replace the item(s) by including it on your next order, or if no replacement is available we will issue you a website credit for use on your next order. All decisions about replacements, credits and validity of DOA claims will be made solely by The Coral Farm. We do not issue refunds back to your credit card. We do not credit or refund any shipping costs. If UPS or FedEx loses the package or they have weather delays we WILL still cover all of the items. To be covered under our DOA policy you must request a credit via email or text message within 2-hours of arrival. We will request photos of each item. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY
