How much is shipping?
The shipping rate includes all box, heat or cold packs as needed. Saturday delivery is typically available for $25 extra upon request. We ship to the continental US only.
Shipping Rates

​When will my order ship?
All orders are typically available to ship same day or next business day. We ship with a delivery day of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday delivery is typically available as well for $25 extra. Cut-to-order frags will require 1-week to heal before being shipped. We ship A.S.A.P. and will confirm shipping date with you prior to boxing. If we have already confirmed a shipping date and you need to change it please call/email us and we will TRY to change it for you. You will receive a reply to confirm the change has been made.

How do you ship?
We ship all of our livestock overnight using FedEx as our preferred carrier.

Can I add to my existing order?
You can add to an existing order so long as it hasn't been packed yet. You can call/text to confirm this with us prior to adding your order. If you'd like to add additional items to an order that you've already paid shipping on you can select "store pickup" during subsequent checkouts and then message us to let us know it's an add-on order. Free local pickup is available as an option during checkout. 

My shipment seems to be lost or delayed. What do I do?
Please have your tracking number ready and call 1-800-GO-FEDEX. Please also inform us by email (thecoralfarm@halechannel.com) or phone and we will help try to expedite this shipment from our end as well.

I was not here when my package was attempted to be delivered. What can I do?
Please have your tracking number ready and call 1-800-GO-FEDEX. Explain this is a perishable shipment and it needs to be reattempted for delivery today or pickup arraignments need to be made. Not being present for the first delivery attempt voids our DOA guarantee. However, we always try to help as much as we can from our side to expedite delivery.

DOA Guarantee:

You can buy from us with confidence. We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. If FedEx loses the package or they have weather delays we WILL still cover all of the items and replace them for you if they are dead on arrival. All decisions about replacements, credits and validity of DOA claims will be made solely by The Coral Farm. We will replace the item(s) and include it on your next order, or if no replacement is available we will issue a credit on your next order. We do not issue refunds back to your credit card. We do not credit or refund any shipping cost. To be covered under our DOA Policy you must request a credit via email along with detailed photos of each DOA or badly damaged item within 2-hours of arrival. If the shipment comes UPS and you are not present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void.. If a UPS shipment is held for pickup you must pick it up in a timely manner (within 2 hours). PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE POLICIES
