When will my order ship?
We ship with a delivery day of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday delivery is available for an extra fee which is not included in the free shipping offer. You can purchase a Saturday delivery upgrade [ here ]. All orders are typically available to ship same day or next business day. We will confirm shipping date with you prior to boxing. If we have already confirmed a shipping date and you need to change it please call/email us and we will try to change it for you. You will receive a reply to confirm the change has been made.
How do you ship?
We ship all of our livestock using UPS or FedEx as our preferred carriers. We typically ship Overnight Air for next day delivery. Live rock orders ship ground unless you select the overnight air upgrade option. Dry goods typically ship ground unless combined with livestock in the same order.
Can I add to my existing order?
You can add to an existing order so long as it hasn't been packed yet. We usually start packing at 12pm EST daily. You can call/text to confirm this with us prior to adding to your order. If you'd like to add additional items to your existing order simply use coupon code "Add2Order" to place subsequent orders without extra shipping charges.
My shipment seems to be lost or delayed. What do I do?
Please inform us by email ([email protected]) or text Brian: 413-210-5008 and we will help try to expedite the shipment. Lost or delayed packages WILL be covered by our "Arrive Alive Guarantee" if there are any losses to livestock.
I was not here when my package was attempted to be delivered. What can I do?
UPS/FedEx typically leaves packages at your door (no signature required). If your tracking info states that delivery was attempted but not delivered please let us know. If your package says "delivered" but you don't see it, please check with your neighbors. We always try to help as much as we can from our side to expedite delivery.
DOA Credits / Arrive Alive Guarantee:
We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. In the unlikely event that you have a D.O.A. or badly damaged item(s), we will replace the item(s) by including it on your next order, or if no replacement is available we will issue you a website credit for use on your next order. All decisions about replacements, credits and validity of DOA claims will be made solely by The Coral Farm. We do not issue refunds back to your credit card. We do not credit or refund any shipping costs. If UPS or FedEx loses the package or they have weather delays we WILL still cover all of the items. To be covered under our DOA policy you must request a credit via email or text message within 2-hours of arrival. Please send a non-blue photo of each item on a white background.
